1. Head of HR and GA

Urgently Needed
You will be responsible for:
- Responsible to supervise for designing and implementation of HR system such as recruitment, training and development program, etc.
- Day to day administrative works including document control for HR and GA.
- Responsible with employees and management of office activities
- Provide support and assistance related with document administration office.
General Requirements:
- Male / female, max 40 years old.
- Minimum S1 Degree, majoring in Psychology / HR Management.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR and GA position.
- Fluent in English writing, reading and speaking is a must.
- Accurate and precise on administrative works.
- Honest, dynamic, discipline, initiative, hard-working and self-motivated person.
- Willing to learn and able to work in a team.
- Willing to work overtime and able to work under pressure.
2. Project Engineer – Electrical
Jakarta Based
TOEFL Min. 400
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing project plan including its technical documentation.
- Handling, executing, and controlling designated projects.
- Communicate with customers/affiliates/partners related with projects.
General Requirements:
- Male / Female, max 35 years old.
- Minimum S1 degree, majoring in Industrial / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing / service / consulting companies.
- Having experiences in the similar industry is preferable.
- Familiar with technical and management standard e.g. SNI, ISO, IEC, etc.
- Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing is mandatory.
- Having a good network in the industrial market is most favourable.
- Having a good communication, analytical and excellent problem solving skill.
- Willing to support and serve customers.
- Willing to learn and able to work in a team.
- Willing to travel, work overtime and able to work under pressure.
- Honest, dynamic, discipline, initiative, hard-working, self-motivated person.
